In order to achieve that goal, we have complied with a very strict recruitment procedure to employ ethical and responsible people who have very clear career plans and solid professional background.
All of our new staff have to participate in an intensive training program which provide them with fundamental professional knowledge and skills. Besides that, they will be trained through a practical training program called training-on-job. We also engage deeply with our staff through coaching and mentoring. For VietAnh's staff training and self-study are parts of their daily work.
