On 31 December 2009, The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular 244/2009/TT-BTC on amendments and revisions to Corporate Accounting System. Accordingly, accounting guidance for some transactions mentioned in Decision 15 will be amended and new accounting guidance for those that have not been mentioned in Decision 15 will be added in this circular.
